Based on the true story of the plight of a fishing boat, Andria Gail, that was
caught in a fierce storm that hit the North Atlantic in 1991. Director Wolfgang
Peterson was responsible for Das Boot, quite possibly the best submarine movie ever made,
so he knows how to create the claustrophobic environment of being stranded on a vessel in
the sea. This could be one of the films of the year. |
